『MYPROOF』はメロディックデスメタルと呼ばれる音楽スタイルを基盤として、それらを独自のメロディーとアレンジで昇華した日本のメタルバンド。1999年に前身バンドが結成され、その後2004年に現在のバンド名へ改名。2005年のデビュー作＜Shining Stardust＞から現在までに4枚の単独作を国内外でリリース。 今までに韓国、香港、タイ、マレーシア、フィリピン、インドネシアなどアジア諸国へのツアーを幾度と無く敢行し、現地MTVやラジオへの出演やCDのライセンスリリース、大型メタルフェスティバル出演と大きく成功を収めている。
